About Tomasz

My career began 15 years ago in best restaurants in London and Northern Ireland (from commis chef to Head Chef position).

Currently, I work as a private chef in Ibiza and other European winter & summer resorts. Being a private chef is my true passion and proud.

I feel confident in preparing meals for very demanding customers.

My speciality is Mediterranean, Asian and British/Irish kitchen.  I’m also highly skilled in Sushi preparation. I’m familiar with most weight loss & diet plans, my speciality is Paleo diet. I co-operate with local suppliers, always source local & organic food.
